Cheese Vat Introduction:
1. The cheese vat has an automatic temperature control function, so it raises the milk to the specified temperature, then adds a coagulant for the coagulation process; After completing the coagulation process, the three built-in stirring blades can be used to break and stir the curd; Finally, excess whey and water can be drained. It can also perform low-temperature pasteurization on fresh milk.
2. This cheese vat is made of three layers of circular stainless steel tanks, a raised stirring motor, three stirring blades, and a control box. The stirring blades are powered by two motors, one for vertical movement and the other for rotational movement. The control box allows for easy temperature adjustment and motor activation. This equipment is ideal for heating, pasteurizing, and stirring milk to create curd. It can be directly connected to a cheese press.
