Introduction:

Raw material is fed into machine from input port, at the same time, vibrating motor on the two sides of fluid bed will cause vibration with regular frequency, make the material move forward continuously in horizontal direction. The heated air pass through fluid bed, and exchange heat with material, moisture will exhaust with air through cyclone duster separator, at last the dried material will be discharged by output port.

Application Scope:

Pharmaceutical and chemical industries: all kinds of press tablet and granule, boric acid, borax, dihydroxybenzene, malic acid, maleic acid and so on;

Foodstuff and construction material industries: lees, monosodium glutamate, edible sugar, edible salt, mine residue, bean, seeds and so on;

It can also used for raw materials to add up damp or cooling and so on.

Main Features:

1. With high fluidized level, material heated uniformly, heat exchange adequately, save 30% energy compared with normal dryer. No dead angle and phenomenon of broken out.

2. Drive by vibrating motor, stable in operation, convenient in maintenance, with low noise, cause a long working life.

3. Good in adjustable and wide in suitability. The stay time for material, thickness of material layer, drying temperature all can adjust.

4. With fully sealing structure, prevent the cross pollution between raw material and air, ensure a clean operation environment.
