Introduction:

Multi effect falling film evaporator adopting the falling film evaporation, high use factor of steam, low energy consumption, use waste heat as heat source, reducing steam consumption, more effects, more energy-saving, more economic. It mainly adapts in continuous evaporation and concentration under low temperature, can process milk, juice, jam, glucose, starch, xylose, pharmaceutical, biological engineering, environmental protection, waste liquid recycling etc, especially suitable for processing the material with character of heat sensitive, viscosity and foamability. This equipment consists of first effect heater, second effect heater, liquid-steam separators, pre-heater, condenser, hot pressure pump, vacuum pump, material pump, balance tank, control cabinet, working platform, pipes, fittings and valves.

Main Features:

1. High use factor of steam, low energy consumption, use waste heat as heat source, reducing steam consumption.

2. Equipment can continuous feeding and discharging, full closed process, fast and low temperature evaporation, so the nature color and flavor and smell of raw material is well remained.

3. Steam heating uniformly, high heat transfer efficiency and short heating time. The concentrate ratio can be regulated in large scale.
