Introduction:

The main principle of the heat pump drying is by the heat pump evaporator absorbing heat from the outside air, through the compressor, transfer the energy to the drying oven, the heating hot air circulating within the drying oven, absorbing the moisture in the materials, by the hot air dehumidifying or condensation water removing process, water is discharged, and ultimately to achieve the continuous drying of materials. Heat pump hot air drying systems are widely used in industrial fields, such as drying food, wood, medicinal herbs, tobacco, paper products, meat, fruits and vegetables, tea or flower, seed, mushroom, agricultural products, etc.

1. Energy saving, general saving 20%~30% than using coal, saving 50%~80% than using oil, gas or electricity.
